We keep what you share with us safe, and we only use it to help.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through this website:

  • Support requests: your name, relationship, email, and phone number; the names and contact details of the family member we can reach; the names and ages of the children in the family; and the information you share about the illness and how it is affecting the family.
  • Merchandise orders: your name, email, phone number, and what you ordered.
  • Event notifications: your name and email, if you sign up for updates.
  • Emails you send us at .

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you around the web.

How we use it

  • To respond to support requests and coordinate help for families.
  • To fill and confirm your orders, and to text you when your order is ready for pickup.
  • To email event updates to people who signed up for them.
  • To answer your questions.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We only share it with volunteers who need it to help a family or fill an order, and only when you've asked us to help.

Information about children

Our support form asks about children impacted by cancer. We ask that it be filled out by a parent, guardian, or another trusted adult. This site isn't meant for children under 13 to submit information themselves. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Payments

Payments and donations are made through third-party services like Venmo and Zelle. We never see or store your card or bank details. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Services we rely on

  • Netlify hosts this website and delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam. It collects information about your device and how you use the form, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
  • Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

Stored on your device

If you change the accessibility settings, your choices are saved in your browser so they stay the same next visit. Your order summary is kept in your browser just long enough to show your confirmation page. Neither is sent to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any information you've sent us. Just email and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
